Winter Fest Recap
- need something different next time than balloon tornado
- having two bounce houses is good
- wristbands are a great idea. Communicate that are not a fast pass - still have to go to the back of the line for next turn.
- go fish - need many more boy stickers/prizes
- popcorn, cotton candy, balloon twister were all very popular - repeat
- hair spray colors very popular - half the purchased amount from Amazon left
- henna art - very popular
- feathers, tinsel - very popular. Perhaps make our own tinsel with clips next time - hot glue? Tinsel we bought fell out easily. We ran out of rainbow hair.
- work on quicker silent auction cash out. 4 helpers at end, including one to use the Square for card transactions was very helpful.
- increase bid increments by $5-$10 on items valued over $30.
- more volunteers! Volunteer coordinator, working out needs more closely through room parents
- class/grades "owning" each booth to run it with volunteers from that parent group.
- selling food is profitable
- who could cover food sales next time? Student Council?
- better to buy popcorn at Ace Mart in separate packets instead of huge bag of popcorn that could get stale. Will use what we have, freeze popcorn leftovers.

New PTO office space - to enclose or not to. Yes. Have gotten 1 bid for $2k. Will get 2 more bids.
Spring Sock Hop Genre - hoe down? Send out Survey Monkey and find out what community wants.
Playground committee should meet in early Jan. 2012.
No PTO event in Jan. but rather a cattle call for volunteers, leadership training time for PTO

Mrs. Robinson wants a family potluck night in January
