Friday 2:30 - 6:00 p.m.


Monthly Tuition

Paid by the 1st of the month. $20.00 late fee after 5th of the month.

Late Pick-ups are strictly enforced

This fee is due at the time of late pickup.

First five minutes $2.00
Each minute thereafter $1.00

Drop-Ins

The daily drop-in fee for students not currently enrolled in Open Door is $3.75 every 30 minutes as follows:

3:45-4:14 pm $3.75
4:15-4:44 pm $7.50
4:45-5:14 pm $11.25
5:15-6:00 pm $15.00

Withdrawn Students

Please notify the school office in writing if your child(ren) is withdrawing from the Open Door Program. You are responsible for paying the full tuition if notification is not received 30 days in advance.


Holidays

Open Door is available during school holidays or breaks.


Discipline Policy

The Open Door Program adheres to all Eden Park Academy discipline policies. Open Door reserves the right to suspend and expel students in accordance with Eden Park Policies and approval from the Principal.


Activities

We have added two activities twice a week: organized PE with an instructor and Abrakadoodle, an arts and crafts program. These activities are included in the monthly tuition prices.
