10 Tips for Fundraising
We are fundraising for the school that our children attend, to improve their playground, library, buildings, technical resources, and to increase the number and variety of educators. All money raised will benefit your children directly.
- Tip #1 -- Make a donation.
- Tip #2 -- If you cannot make a donation, find someone who can (friend, family member, employer) using the fundraising letter available at Martha's window.
- Tip #3 -- Participate in PTO activities -- all funds raised at events return back to the school.
- Tip #4 -- Solicit businesses for donations, either cash or in-kind (what they sell), using the fundraising letter available at Diana's window.
- Tip #5 -- If the business refers you to their corporate office for the donation, follow up with the corporate office or pass it on to Belynda Montgomery.
- Tip #6 -- Please let us know if you know a person or business we should talk to about a donation.
- Tip #7 -- Review PTO newsletters to see who the school sponsors are for the year and take your business there. Help them out because they are supporting our school.
- Tip #8 -- Say thank you to the sponsors while you are in their businesses and in a letter
- Tip #9 -- Remember -- All money raised or donated is channeled back into the school, benefitting all of our children.
- Tip #10 -- Contact Belynda @ 448-0132 or epapto@gmail.com.
